Children aged 9 month+ of working parents may qualify for up to 1140 hours funding per year, subject to meeting certain eligibility criteria.

Children aged 2 years of working parents may qualify for up to 1140 hours funding per year, subject to meeting certain eligibility criteria.

Families receiving additional forms of Government support may be eligible for their 2-year-old to receive up to 570 hours funding per year subject to meeting certain eligibility criteria. Please follow the link for further information Free for Two Scheme.

All children become eligible the term after their third birthday for up to 570 hours funding per year.

3-4-year-olds of working parents may qualify for an additional 570-hour funding per year, subject to meeting certain eligibility criteria.
A child is entitled to Free Early Education at the start of the term after their, 9 month+ (if eligible), second (if eligible), or third birthday in line with the Department for Education tables below:
9-month-olds and above

1/ For parents whose children are not in receipt of Government funding, fees and sessions are as below:

Any combination of the following sessions can be taken for 51 weeks of the year, excluding bank holidays. Hourly rate £7.33/hour
Morning session
8am to 1pm = 5 hours = £42.29 includes breakfast, snack, and a hot lunch.
Afternoon session
1pm to 6pm = 5 hours = £39.06 includes snack and a light tea.
Full day
8am to 6pm = 10 hours = £81.35 includes breakfast, morning and afternoon snack, a hot lunch, and a light tea.

Any combination of the following sessions can be taken for 51 weeks of the year, excluding bank holidays. Hourly rate £6.85/hour
Morning session
8am to 1pm = 5 hours = £39.89 includes breakfast, snack, and a hot lunch.
Afternoon session
1pm to 6pm = 5 hours = £36.66 includes snack and a light tea.
Full day
8am to 6pm = 10 hours = £76.55 includes breakfast, morning and afternoon snack, a hot lunch, and a light tea.

We ask for a £50 registration fee for children accessing paid for places. This registration fee is non-refundable and must be paid when you accept your child’s place.
2/ For parents whose children are in receipt of Government funding, combination of sessions including funded and non-funded hours all year round (51 weeks):

Up to 1140 hours (please note 24hrs x 48 weeks equates to 1152 hours and so will be capped at 1140 hours)
8am to 1pm
4 hours funded + 1 hour childcare (£7.33) + breakfast (£1.60) + hot lunch (£4.04) = £12.97.
Any 3 sessions
1pm to 6pm
4 hours funded + 1 hour childcare (£7.33) + light tea (£2.41) = £9.74.
Any 3 sessions
8am to 6pm
8 hours funded + 2 hours childcare (£14.66) + breakfast (£1.60) + hot lunch (£4.04) + light tea (£2.41) = £22.71.
Any 3 days
The remaining 7 days (£81.35 per full day) and 12 hours (£87.96) will be charged in line with the under 2-year-old non-funded fees above. Please see nursery calendar for these chargeable days.

The remaining 7 days (£74.35 per full day) and 6 hours (£39.78) will be charged in line with the 3-4-year-old non-funded fees above. Please see nursery calendar for these chargeable days.

Any 4 days
The remaining 7 days (£74.35 per full day) and 12 hours (£79.56) will be charged in line with the 3-4-year-old non-funded fees above. Please see nursery calendar for these chargeable days.
We ask for a £50 registration fee for children accessing combination of funded and non-funded places. This registration fee is non-refundable and must be paid when you accept your child’s place.
If you would like you child to access wraparound hours, breakfast, hot lunch or a light tea then these charges will be applied to your invoice.
Alternatively, you can supply your own food in line with our healthy eating policy.
A parental contract will need to be signed, so that we are fully aware of the choices you have made, regarding additional paid for wraparound hours/sessions and any food charges.
3/ For parents whose children are in receipt of Government funding and wish their child to attend funded hours for 48 weeks only. Funded hours can be taken during these times for all age ranges.
We ask for a £50 deposit for children accessing funded hours only. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the child’s first half term or within six weeks. This will be non-refundable if your child does not take up their place or leaves the setting before headcount week.
Children accessing a fully funded Free for Two place are not required to pay a deposit.
If you would like your child to access breakfast, AM snack, hot lunch, PM snack or a light tea then these charges will be applied to your invoice.
Alternatively, you can supply your own food in line with our healthy eating policy.
A parental contract will need to be signed, so that we are fully aware of the choices you have made, regarding any food charges.
